American Heart Association courses are slightly more costly than courses taught using American Red Cross curriculum but curriculum from BOTH sources meet the same standards set by The International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) which was formed in 1992 to provide a forum for liaison between principal resuscitation organizations worldwide. Many professions require those who work in healthcare or as an emergency responder to have professional level CPR training. EMT's, paramedics, firefighters, police officers, doctors, nurses, dentists and others must maintain this level of CPR certification.
AZ Safety Solutions offers Professional CPR training using curriculum from either the American Red Cross (ARC) or the American Heart Association (AHA). There is no difference in the curriculum as both are nationally accepted and use curriculum approved by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation(ILCOR).
AZ Safety Solutions now teaches the American Red Cross 2019 curriculum for BLS Professional Rescuer CPR.
